El governador haur\u00e0 de determinar la responsabilitat de l&#8217;ex-secretari d&#8217;Afers Ind\u00edgenas.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">El passat dia set, el Tribunal Electoral de l&#8217; Estat d&#8217; Oaxaca (TEEO) va confirmar que l&#8217;ex secretari d&#8217;Afers Ind\u00edgenes<strong>, Francisco Javier Montero <\/strong>va desviar recursos p\u00fablics a favor del seu germ\u00e0, l&#8217;ex-candidat a l&#8217;alcaldia de Juchit\u00e1n<strong>, Ageo Montero,<\/strong> el que va derivar en l&#8217;assassinat de la fot\u00f2grafa <strong>Maria del Sol Cruz Jarqu\u00edn, <\/strong>per\u00f2 l&#8217;imposa nom\u00e9s una multa de vint mil pesos<strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">En la resoluci\u00f3 emesa pel TEEO, s&#8217;afirma que efectivament, Francisco Javier Montero en el seu car\u00e0cter d&#8217;ex-secretari d&#8217;Afers Ind\u00edgenes va designar a Maria del Sol per donar cobertura a la campanya del seu germ\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">&#8220;Del cabal probatori existent es compta amb una s\u00e8rie de proves circumstancials que concatenades entre si, porten a la certesa que efectivament l&#8217;ex-secretari d&#8217;Afers ind\u00edgenes va designar a una funcion\u00e0ria d&#8217;aquesta Depend\u00e8ncia perqu\u00e8 col\u00b7labor\u00e9s en la campanya del seu germ\u00e0, en altre temps candidat a primer regidor a l&#8217;Ajuntament de Juchit\u00e1n de Zaragoza&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">No obstant aix\u00f2, el mateix Tribunal delimita als partits pol\u00edtics als quals pertanyen tant l&#8217;ex-secretari com el seu germ\u00e0 assenyalant que: &#8220;no existeix prova que sustenti que els partits pol\u00edtics (PRI, Partit Verd i Nova Alian\u00e7a) en cita, eren sabedors aquesta designaci\u00f3 i, per tant, li fos reprotxable la manca de vigil\u00e0ncia de tals actes &#8220;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">Per aix\u00f2, la sanci\u00f3 resolta pel TEEO \u00e9s la imposici\u00f3 d&#8217;una multa a l&#8217;ex-candidat Ageo Montero per la quantitat de 20.150 pesos. Aix\u00ed mateix &#8220;es proposa donar vista al governador de l&#8217;Estat, perqu\u00e8, en el seu car\u00e0cter de superior jer\u00e0rquic de l&#8217;ex-secretari d&#8217;Afers Ind\u00edgenes, determini una responsabilitat&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">La periodista <strong>Soledad Jarqu\u00edn<\/strong> ha qualificat aquesta resoluci\u00f3 com una burla per part de les autoritats electorals. Si l&#8217;ex-secretari no hagu\u00e9s designat a la seva filla per donar cobertura a la campanya, -tasca que estava fora de les atribucions del seu lloc com funcionariat-, ella no hagu\u00e9s estat assassinada fa 4 mesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">Pel que sembla la #JusticiaParaSol exigida per familiars, amistats, organitzacions i institucions no arribar\u00e0 aviat. A principis del passat mes de setembre, el jutge de Control de Juchit\u00e1n, <strong>Omar Morales Sim\u00f3<\/strong>, a XXX <strong>Jehu<\/strong> <strong>G\u00f3mez L\u00f3pez<\/strong> detingut pel triple assassinat de la fotoperiodista<strong> Maria del Sol Creu Jarqu\u00edn<\/strong>, la candidata <strong>Pamela Ter\u00e1n Pineda<\/strong> i el seu escorta<strong> Adelfo Guerra Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">Referent a aix\u00f2 la periodista Soledad Jarqu\u00edn ha assenyalat que la seva lluita per la just\u00edcia s&#8217;ha vist obstaculitzada ja que la fam\u00edlia dels Montero \u00e9s operadora pol\u00edtica de l&#8217;ex-governador <strong>Jos\u00e9 Murat Casab<\/strong>, pare de l&#8217;actual mandatari <strong>Alejandro Murat Hinojosa<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El TEEO (Tribunal Electoral del Estado de Oaxaca) s&#8217;ha pronunciat sobre el cas de Maria del Sol Cuz Jarqu\u00edn.
