La idea de voler acabar amb una generaci\u00f3 de pol\u00edtics catalans avan\u00e7a sense fre.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Aquesta setmana l&#8217;ofensiva ha estat dirigida, principalment, a dones. Dones pol\u00edtiques que ocupaven llocs destacats en la passada legislatura per\u00f2 cap ostentava un c\u00e0rrec en la primera l\u00ednia del govern.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Eren medi\u00e0tiques, aix\u00f2 s\u00ed. Per\u00f2 cap amb responsabilitat directa sobre les decisions que el govern i el parlament va prendre el passat mes d&#8217;octubre. Aquestes dones sense ostentar c\u00e0rrecs, reconeixement, responsabilitat ni salaris significatius estan patint repres\u00e0lies com si haguessin ostentat responsabilitats d&#8217;alt nivell.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">La ignom\u00ednia del suprem, la prepot\u00e8ncia i ab\u00fas de poder del govern espanyol, la complaen\u00e7a i complicitat de partit de Ciutadans i del partit socialista s\u00f3n els \u00fanics responsables de la situaci\u00f3 pol\u00edtica del pa\u00eds, malgrat les malapteses que hi han hagut. Sabem que la imprud\u00e8ncia no t\u00e9 g\u00e8nere per\u00f2 el &#8220;poder&#8221; s\u00ed que el t\u00e9. <strong>Neus Munt\u00e9, Mireia Boya, Marta Pascal, Neus Lloveras i Marta Rovira<\/strong> han hagut de testificar davant del jutge <strong>Llarena<\/strong>. L&#8217;exdiputada <strong>Anna Gabriel<\/strong> s&#8217;ha exiliat perqu\u00e8 era evident que en el seu cas la injusta just\u00edcia espanyola s&#8217;hauria encebat amb ella.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Els arguments de defensa utilitzats han estat diferents. No existeix un pla conjunt de com entonar les declaracions davant del suprem per\u00f2 en cap cas aquesta diversitat \u00e9s criticable. Sempre s&#8217;ha destacat que el proc\u00e9s \u00e9s transversal i que representa diferents posicionaments pol\u00edtics, per tant la resposta a l&#8217;opressi\u00f3 de l&#8217;estat tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s i ser\u00e0 diferent. <strong>Mireia Boya<\/strong> va defensar el primer d&#8217;octubre i va interpel\u00b7lar el jutge Llarena recordant-li declaracions que ell mateix havia fet sobre que la soluci\u00f3 al problema catal\u00e0 havia de ser essencialment pol\u00edtica. Mireia Boya m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de ser diputada no tenia cap responsabilitat, per tant les seves declaracions podien ser m\u00e9s fermes. Aprofitar-ho era intel\u00b7ligent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-34229 lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 270px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 270\/145;margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; display: block;\" data-src=\"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Boya_EDIIMA20180214_0440_41.jpg\" alt=\"Boya EDIIMA20180214 0440 41\" width=\"270\" height=\"145\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Aquesta situaci\u00f3 evidencia que el sistema de just\u00edcia a m\u00e9s de ser una eina per a reprimir i limitar la llibertat d&#8217;expressi\u00f3 est\u00e0 sent utilitzada per reprimir els drets de les dones a la participaci\u00f3 pol\u00edtica i limitar la seva autonomia vindicativa. Mai el patriarcat, en un estat suposadament democr\u00e0tic i europeu, s&#8217;ha volgut legitimitzar a trav\u00e9s del poder judicial amb tanta impunitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Per\u00f2 encara queda molt per veure, el paper d&#8217;ERC inquieta a molta gent, no acaba de conv\u00e8ncer. Com tamb\u00e9 ho fa que el president del parlament no s&#8217;atreveixi a investir al president Puigdemont.
