font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">EN ESTE 8 DE MARZO DE 2017, ESTAS SON NUESTRAS REIVINDICACIONES Y PROPUESTAS DE LA RED DE TRABAJADORAS DEL HOGAR \u2013 ATENCION A DOMICILIO \u2013 OTROS CUIDADOS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">En primer lugar, el sector del trabajo del Hogar tiene una Normativa que no est\u00e1 a la altura del siglo XXI, ya que considera el trabajo del hogar como &#8220;especial&#8221; y subordina en la confianza la relaci\u00f3n laboral en este sector.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">De esta manera la Normativa se convierte en un problema porque los derechos no se pueden ejercer, dejando en la indefensi\u00f3n a todas las trabajadoras por lo siguiente: No existen contratos por escrito, ni tampoco control de parte del INEM y de la Seguridad Social. solo una de las partes que es la m\u00e1s vulnerable tiene el r\u00e9gimen disciplinario. el Hogar es considerado como lugar privado en el cual no entra la inspecci\u00f3n laboral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-33216\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/PAPELES_PARA_TODAS.jpg\" alt=\"PAPELES PARA TODAS\" width=\"400\" height=\"267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/PAPELES_PARA_TODAS.jpg 400w, https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/PAPELES_PARA_TODAS-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">por ello reivindicamos lo siguiente:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">__ Inscribir de forma inmediata al R\u00e9gimen General al sector del trabajo del Hogar y del Cuidado para tener igualdad de derechos como el resto de trabajadores:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">derecho al subsidio del desempleo<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">derecho a la maternidad<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">derecho a ser atendida desde el primer d\u00eda por enfermedad y no el sexto d\u00eda.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">derecho a una jubilaci\u00f3n digna<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">__ Derogar el Sistema &#8220;Especial&#8221; de la Seguridad Social para las Trabajadoras del Hogar que le<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">impide ejercer los derechos mencionados anteriormente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">__ Campa\u00f1as de sensibilizaci\u00f3n y concientizaci\u00f3n a la patronal y sociedad en general para que los derechos<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">de las trabajadoras del hogar al igual que sus trabajos sean reconocidos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">__ Elaborar un Listado de EMPLEADORES REINCIDENTES EN ABUSOS Y EXPLOTACI\u00d3N hacia las<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">trabajadoras del hogar y de los Cuidados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">__ La ley de extranjer\u00eda cruza la vida de las mujeres inmigradas que est\u00e1n en el sector del trabajo del hogar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">y de los Cuidados. Les impone un contrato de un a\u00f1o y 40 horas; as\u00ed como la cotizaci\u00f3n continuada para<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">renovar sus tarjetas. Por ello exigimos la EXENCI\u00d3N DEL CONTRATO para la obtenci\u00f3n y renovaci\u00f3n de<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">tarjetas. De Residencia y Trabajo<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">__ La necesidad de una NUEVA NORMATIVA para eliminar el &#8220;desistimiento voluntario&#8221;, que significa que<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">los empleadores puedan ejercer el libre despido en el sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">__ Implementar un &#8220;TEL\u00c9FONO ROJO&#8221; para que las agresiones en los hogares a las trabajadoras del hogar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">puedan realizan denuncias sobre explotaci\u00f3n laboral; violaci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos; el acoso<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">sexual; acusaciones falsas para facilitar el despido; etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">__ Exigir de la Tesorer\u00eda de la Seguridad Social no solo el alta de parte del empleador sino el &#8220;CONTRATO<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">POR ESCRITO&#8221;, prueba legal, que le permitir\u00eda a la trabajadora inmigrada tener resuelta las renovaciones<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">de la tarjeta de Residencia y Trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">__ Que la Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo realice la inspecci\u00f3n en las Agencias de Colocaci\u00f3n y en las ETT&#8217;s para que<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">cumplan y asuman que los derechos de las trabajadoras del sector deben ser respetados.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">Cuando exista denuncia de parte de las trabajadoras el Ministerio de Trabajo pueda ejercer la inspecci\u00f3n<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">porque ese hogar se ha convertido en un CENTRO DE TRABAJO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">__ Implementar cursos de formaci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n del uso de productos t\u00f3xicos de limpieza, que se<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">encuentran en el hogar y que son nocivos para la salud de la trabajadora.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">Los productos t\u00f3xicos de limpieza desarrollan las siguientes enfermedades: c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n y c\u00e1ncer<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">al est\u00f3mago, las cuales no est\u00e1n consideradas como enfermedad laboral, en consecuencia, produce<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">mortandad en el colectivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 \u00a0
