La Directiva de maternitat \u00e9s de 1992 i per aix\u00f2 creiem que \u00e9s urgent que la UE adopti mesures legislatives que s&#8217;adaptin a la realitat d&#8217;avui i que permetin d&#8217;una vegada per totes conciliar la vida personal i laboral tant de dones com d&#8217;homes sense que aix\u00f2 signifiqui una discriminaci\u00f3 laboral ni futures desavantatges en el salari, les pensions o el gaudi d&#8217;altres drets socials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\"><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"ca\">Tamb\u00e9 <span>ha posat l&#8217;exemple<\/span> dels <span>canvis que s&#8217;han<\/span> <span>efectuat<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span> &#8220;El 2015 a Europa nom\u00e9s el 10% dels pares van agafar com a m\u00ednim un dia de baixa parental, mentre que les dones van agafar el 97% de la baixa disponible per als dos pares. Per aquests estem satisfets que l&#8217;informe demani a la Comissi\u00f3 que proposi legislacions sobre la baixa de paternitat, per a la cura i la revisi\u00f3 de la directiva de maternitat&#8221;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span
