Aquest projecte sorgeix des del tercer comit\u00e8 creat a l&#8217;Onu per a aquests temes, i aprovat a l&#8217;Assemblea General.<br \/><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">L&#8217;informe ofereix una nova perspectiva sobre la problem\u00e0tica sorgida al llarg de l&#8217;any 2014, referent al flux massiu de menors procedents del triangle nord, viatjant sols cap als Estats Units.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">L&#8217;ambaixador del <strong>Salvador Ruben Zamora<\/strong>, va explicar en una entrevista davant l&#8217;ONU, que cal buscar alternatives noves per a l&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia a aquests menors en cas de detencions, considerant-la una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de Drets Humans, tenint en compte la vulnerabilitat dels menors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">Segons paraules de l&#8217;ambaixador &#8220;els menors, acompanyats, o no, no poden ser sotmesos a la pres\u00f3, sin\u00f3 que han de tenir un tracte diferent, en refugis adequats i no en centres de detenci\u00f3, en el cas de ser capturats per les autoritats migrat\u00f2ries. \u00c9s imprescindible enfocar el problema de la reunificaci\u00f3 familiar, ja que la majoria dels casos, la q\u00fcesti\u00f3 \u00e9s que els nens i les nenes van a reunir-se amb els seus pares &#8220;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">Zamora afeg\u00ed que un altre aspecte interessant del projecte de resoluci\u00f3, es refereix a la coresponsabilitat dels estats, proposant, que tant els de tr\u00e0nsit com els d&#8217;origen i destinaci\u00f3, assumeixin la part que els correspon aportant solucions al problema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S&#8217;ha aprovat un\u00e0nimement a les Nacions Unides, un projecte presentat per El Salvador, Hondures i Guatemala, abordant temes de drets humans, sobre els nens, nenes i adolescents migrants.
