La igualdad de g\u00e9nero junto con el desempleo, la reciente crisis financiera y econ\u00f3mica global, ocup\u00f3 la agenda en las discusiones.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;\">De los 2.500 delegados que asistieron a la versi\u00f3n n\u00famero 44 del foro, el tema de la \u00a0intervenci\u00f3n femenina sigue preocupando, seg\u00fan los expertos, \u00a0este a\u00f1o se redujo \u00a0en comparaci\u00f3n con el 2013, en un 16% seg\u00fan cifras de la propia organizaci\u00f3n; \u00a0por cada siete \u00a0participantes solo una \u00a0era mujer, contrario a \u00a0la propuesta que hicieran \u00a0en el 2011, cuando se dijo que uno de cada cinco delegados deb\u00eda ser mujer para que \u00a0\u00a0tuvieran \u00a0una\u00a0 participaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s activa \u00a0y decisoria en los temas que se trataban<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 7.5pt \u00a0la desigualdad, la salud y el cambio clim\u00e1tico, una de las \u00faltimas sesiones, \u00a0ha sido dedicada a la actualidad del papel de la mujer, algunas propuestas apuntan a hacer frente a los abusos de derechos humanos dirigidos a las mujeres, anotando que la educaci\u00f3n es el camino m\u00e1s efectivo<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;\">As\u00ed, ha pasado un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s de FEM, la perspectiva es desalentadora, las estad\u00edsticas sobre el aumento de las mujeres en los cargos de representaci\u00f3n se ha quedado corta, la participaci\u00f3n femenina para poder decir lo que hay que decir, \u00a0no ha sido suficiente, y la realidad supera la ficci\u00f3n de lo que refleja el panorama mundial, baja calidad del empleo femenino, desigualdad salarial, \u00a0pobreza, la dif\u00edcil tarea de ser mujer en muchos pa\u00edses, especialmente \u00a0en los pa\u00edses \u00e1rabes,
