{"id":58907,"date":"2013-05-30T18:05:37","date_gmt":"2013-05-30T16:05:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/conferencia-la-pena-de-muerte-y-la-mujer-embarazada-la-independentnoticies-genere\/"},"modified":"2013-05-30T18:05:37","modified_gmt":"2013-05-30T16:05:37","slug":"conferencia-la-pena-de-muerte-y-la-mujer-embarazada-la-independentnoticies-genere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/es\/conferencia-la-pena-de-muerte-y-la-mujer-embarazada-la-independentnoticies-genere\/","title":{"rendered":"CONFERENCIA La pena de muerte y la mujer embarazada \/La Independent\/Not\u00edcies g\u00e8nere"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Rosa Mentxaka Elexpe<\/strong> impartir\u00e1 una conferencia* titulada &#8220;Pena de  muerte y mujer embarazada: un binomio de larga tradici\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica&#8221;, en  la cual reflexionar\u00e1 sobre el impacto del derecho en la vida de las  mujeres.<strong> Rosa Mentxaka<\/strong> es Catedr\u00e1tica de Derecho Romano de la Euskal  Herriko Unibertsitatea (UPV\/EHU) y tiene una larga trayectoria tanto en  el terreno del derecho p\u00fablico como en el del derecho privado romano. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ha estado trabajando sobre el comportamiento  cristiano frente al servicio militar, la obligaci\u00f3n de jurar por los  dioses protectores del estado, cuestiones relacionadas con el suicidio  de los militares, y tambi\u00e9n sobre las m\u00e1rtires cristianas. Actualmente  es investigadora del proyecto &#8220;Las mujeres y la pr\u00e1ctica jur\u00eddica en el  Imperio romano&#8221;. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Esta actividad ha sido organizada por T\u00e0cita Muta (Grup  d&#8217;Estudis de Dones i G\u00e8nere a l&#8217;Antiguitat), del GRC Creaci\u00f3 i  pensament de les dones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">*31 de mayo de 2013 a las 12h30<\/span>. <span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">Seminari del Departament de Prehist\u00f2ria, Hist\u00f2ria Antiga i Arqueologia.
