{"id":56976,"date":"2012-04-25T13:40:14","date_gmt":"2012-04-25T11:40:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/bienestar-social-y-familia-promueve-una-ley-del-voluntariado-con-la-implicacion-del-sector\/"},"modified":"2023-04-14T13:16:48","modified_gmt":"2023-04-14T11:16:48","slug":"bienestar-social-y-familia-promueve-una-ley-del-voluntariado-con-la-implicacion-del-sector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/es\/bienestar-social-y-familia-promueve-una-ley-del-voluntariado-con-la-implicacion-del-sector\/","title":{"rendered":"Bienestar Social y Familia promueve una Ley del voluntariado con la implicaci\u00f3n del sector"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 10.0px 0.0px; text-align: justify; font: 11.0px 'Lucida Grande';\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Ante la necesidad de regular la actividad voluntaria que hacen miles de catalanas y catalanes, se constituy\u00f3 el pasado 19 de abril, en la 6 \u00aa reuni\u00f3n del <strong>Consejo del Asociacionismo y el Voluntariado de Catalu\u00f1a<\/strong>, un grupo de trabajo que se encargar\u00e1 de redactar un texto base para el Proyecto de Ley de voluntariado promovido por el <strong>Departament de Benestar Social i Fam\u00edlia de la Generalitat<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 10.0px 0.0px; text-align: justify; font: 11.0px 'Lucida Grande';\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">El conseller de Bienestar Social y Familia, <strong>Josep Llu\u00eds Cleries<\/strong>, que presidio la reuni\u00f3n declar\u00f3 que &#8220;en momento de crisis se puede tender a pensar que los voluntarios y las voluntarias pueden suplir los profesionales y eso no debe ser as\u00ed. De ah\u00ed que una regulaci\u00f3n del sector se hace m\u00e1s necesaria que nunca en tiempos de crisis, para garantizar que unos y otros tendr\u00e1n su papel\u201d. El conseller expres\u00f3 el compromiso del Gobierno que &#8220;la Ley se elaborar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de todas las entidades y federaciones del mundo asociativo y del voluntariado de Catalu\u00f1a y ofrecer\u00e1 todas las garant\u00edas&#8221;. &#8220;El voluntariado es libertad y compromiso, y eso es un hecho que desde la Administraci\u00f3n no podemos coartar, sino todo lo contrario, debemos enriquecer&#8221;, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el <strong>conseller Cleries<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 10.0px 0.0px; text-align: justify; font: 11.0px 'Lucida Grande';\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">La propuesta desde la Consejer\u00eda es que se trate &#8220;de una ley corta y muy concreta en la que se establezca claramente el papel del voluntariado y el asociacionismo, que son dos conceptos que no pueden ir disociados: el voluntariado esta dentro del asociacionismo, se hace a trav\u00e9s de las entidades. Otras acciones individuales corresponden a la buena voluntad de las personas, pero no se pueden considerar voluntariado &#8220;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 10.0px 0.0px; text-align: justify; font: 11.0px 'Lucida Grande';\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Por \u00faltimo, <strong>Cleries<\/strong> record\u00f3 que &#8220;todos los pa\u00edses tienen una ley del voluntariado para definir bien los l\u00edmites entre voluntariado y mundo profesional&#8221; y ha recordado que &#8220;en Catalu\u00f1a tenemos la <strong>Carta del Voluntariado<\/strong>, elaborada en 1996, que hoy resulta insuficiente para este objetivo, pero que ser\u00e1 un buen punto de partida y quedar\u00e1 recogida en la propia Ley
