Insisten a CIDH que admita caso de mujeres violadas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">El Centro por la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Justicia y el Derecho Internacional (Cejil) y el <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Centro de Derechos Humanos Miguel Agust\u00edn Pro <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Ju\u00e1rez (Prodh), solicitaron a la Comisi\u00f3n <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH) que <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">admita el caso de 11 mujeres que fueron violadas <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">y abusadas sexualmente por elementos de la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">extinta Polic\u00eda Federal Preventiva (PFP) y <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">agentes del Estado de M\u00e9xico, en San Salvador <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Atenco y Texcoco, en mayo de 2006.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">En entrevista con Cimacnoticias, <strong>Alejandra Nu\u00f1o<\/strong>, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">directora del Programa para Am\u00e9rica Central y <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">M\u00e9xico del Cejil, inform\u00f3 que ya se present\u00f3 una <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">solicitud formal al organismo internacional para <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">que se pronuncie por la admisibilidad del caso <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">presentado el 29 de abril de 2008.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">&#8220;Nos encontramos haciendo todo lo que se puede a <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">nivel de proceso y de litigio para que la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Comisi\u00f3n pueda emitir el informe de admisibilidad&#8221;, apunt\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">El 3 y el 4 de mayo de 2006 un grupo de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">floricultores fue desalojado violentamente por <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">las fuerzas de seguridad en Texcoco. Hubo 207 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">detenidos, entre ellos 47 mujeres, varios heridos y dos j\u00f3venes asesinados. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Durante el operativo, ordenado por el gobierno <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">del mexiquense <strong>Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto<\/strong>, 26 mujeres <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">fueron torturadas sexualmente. Una de ellas fue <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">detenida porque &#8220;se le qued\u00f3 viendo al cami\u00f3n de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">la polic\u00eda&#8221;, posteriormente fue violada tumultuariamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Derechos Humanos (CNDH) <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">constat\u00f3 la violaci\u00f3n sexual contra las 26 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">mujeres, de ellas s\u00f3lo 11 decidieron acudir ante <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">la CIDH para presentar una denuncia. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">En la demanda ante el organismo internacional se <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">responsabiliza al Estado mexicano de haber <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">violado los derechos a la integridad f\u00edsica, a la<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">libertad y seguridad, a la dignidad y privacidad, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">al acceso a la justicia, a la igualdad y a la no discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Adem\u00e1s de que incluye los testimonios de las 11 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">mujeres violentadas, as\u00ed como los peritajes <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">realizados por el Colectivo contra la Tortura y <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">la Impunidad (CCTI), la CNDH y la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (PGR).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">En 2006, la Fiscal\u00eda Especial para los Delitos de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Violencia contra las Mujeres y Trata de Personas <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">(Fevimtra) inici\u00f3 una averiguaci\u00f3n previa por <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">violaci\u00f3n pero no prosper\u00f3, y se turno a la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">M\u00e9xico (PGJEM) en julio de 2009, donde permanece estancada. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">La representante de CEJIL acus\u00f3 que en M\u00e9xico el <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">caso permanece impune a pesar de que hay altos <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">funcionarios involucrados en los hechos.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Agreg\u00f3 que estos funcionarios y gobernantes (como <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Pe\u00f1a Nieto<\/strong>) &#8220;ya est\u00e1n pensando pol\u00edticamente y<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">electoralmente en donde se pueden posicionar en <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">un futuro muy cercano&#8221;, lo que \u2013critic\u00f3 <strong>Nu\u00f1o<\/strong>\u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">ser\u00eda realmente lamentable, por lo que consider\u00f3 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">que es necesario avanzar en la demanda de justicia a nivel internacional.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Alejandra Nu\u00f1o <\/strong>reiter\u00f3 que junto con el Centro <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Prodh y las 11 mujeres que representa CEJIL, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;
