{"id":66477,"date":"2018-10-11T13:56:05","date_gmt":"2018-10-11T11:56:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/catalunya-aprovat-nou-decret-en-defensa-de-persones-lgbti-la-independent-noticies-genere\/"},"modified":"2018-10-11T13:56:05","modified_gmt":"2018-10-11T11:56:05","slug":"catalunya-aprovat-nou-decret-en-defensa-de-persones-lgbti-la-independent-noticies-genere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/en\/catalunya-aprovat-nou-decret-en-defensa-de-persones-lgbti-la-independent-noticies-genere\/","title":{"rendered":"Catalunya: Aprovat nou decret en defensa de persones LGBTI \/ La Independent \/ Noticies Genere"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;\">El Govern de Catalunya ha aprovat el decret que refor\u00e7a el Consell Consultiu en defensa de les persones LGBTI i renova el comprom\u00eds amb les entitats de la societat civil que treballen en aquest \u00e0mbit.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0\u00a0<strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;\">A trav\u00e9s d&#8217;aquest decret, el Consell Nacional de Lesbianes, Gais, Bisexuals, Transg\u00e8neres i Intersexuals, que substituir\u00e0 l&#8217;anterior Consell, refor\u00e7a i millora el Consell consultiu ja existent i permetr\u00e0 continuar avan\u00e7ant en la defensa i les pol\u00edtiques adre\u00e7ades a les persones LGBTI.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;\">El Consell, que ser\u00e0 presidit pel conseller de Treball, Afers Socials i Fam\u00edlies, \u00e9s un \u00f2rgan amb car\u00e0cter participatiu i amb possibilitat de deliberar sobre tots els temes que afecten les persones LGBTI, per tal de proposar solucions i millores, i contribuir aix\u00ed a fer efectius els seus drets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;\">El nou Consell d\u00f3na compliment a la Llei 11\/2014, del 10 d&#8217;octubre, per garantir els drets de lesbianes, gais, bisexuals, transg\u00e8neres i intersexuals i per eradicar l&#8217;homof\u00f2bia, la bif\u00f2bia i la transf\u00f2bia, i substitueix el Consell Nacional de lesbianes, gais i homes i dones bisexuals i transsexuals, creat amb anterioritat a l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 de la Llei. El primer Consell va n\u00e9ixer el 2007 i estava format per-29 entitats, mentre que a dia d&#8217;avui formen part d&#8217;ell gaireb\u00e9 una quarantena d&#8217;entitats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;\">El nou Consell ha adoptat una nova denominaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;objectiu de ser m\u00e9s &#8220;inclusiu&#8221; amb el col\u00b7lectiu LGTBI, incloent el terme &#8220;transg\u00e8nere&#8221; per referir-se a la transsexualitat, entenent com a tal, les persones que se senten del sexe contrari al que se&#8217;ls ha atribu\u00eft en n\u00e9ixer segons les seves caracter\u00edstiques biol\u00f2giques. Aquestes persones que no s&#8217;identifiquen exactament amb cap dels dos sexes d&#8217;acord amb la concepci\u00f3 tradicional dels g\u00e8neres, independentment que hagin reassignat o no el seu sexe amb m\u00e8todes hormonals o procediments quir\u00fargics<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;\">En el mateix sentit, i donada la diversitat de la composici\u00f3 del Consell, es vol donar visibilitat al terme\u00a0 lesbof\u00f2bia, incl\u00f2s en l&#8217;accepci\u00f3 gen\u00e8rica d&#8217;homof\u00f2bia del t\u00edtol de la Llei, ja que la discriminaci\u00f3 i viol\u00e8ncia exercida contra les lesbianes t\u00e9 causes diferenciades originades en la discriminaci\u00f3 sexual b\u00e0sica que pateixen pel fet de ser dones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;\">La misog\u00ednia i la discriminaci\u00f3 soferta per les lesbianes pot tenir efectes dins i fora del mateix col\u00b7lectiu, i \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 pel que cal fer un esment diferenciat, ja que de vegades requereix abordatges espec\u00edfics diferents<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.govern.cat\/pres_gov\/AppJava\/govern\/grans-reptes\/justicia-social\/308368\/govern-reforca-consell-consultiu-defensa-persones-lgbti.html\" target=\"_blank\"
