de risc social i desemparament.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">La vicepresidenta del Govern i consellera de Benestar Social i Fam\u00edlia, Neus Munt\u00e9 va afirmar durant la inauguraci\u00f3: &#8220;El Pacte per a la Inf\u00e0ncia ha canviat el concepte i el paper de la inf\u00e0ncia i s&#8217;han comen\u00e7at a posar els pilars d&#8217;aquesta nova governan\u00e7a&#8221;.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Neus Munt\u00e9<\/span><\/strong> va destacar que els canvis socials i econ\u00f2mics han provocat molts canvis, tamb\u00e9 en els rols dels pares, i que &#8220;per aix\u00f2 cal prestar especial atenci\u00f3 a les necessitats tant dels fills i filles, com tamb\u00e9 dels pares i altres membres de la fam\u00edlia, m\u00e9s quan es donen en un context d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 social&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">I en aquest sentit assenyal\u00e0 l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 per part del Govern de la Generalitat, el passat mes de juliol, del Pla d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3 integral a la inf\u00e0ncia i l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia 2015-2018, un document que desplega pel proper quadrienni els objectius estrat\u00e8gics, les mesures i les prioritats en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;inf\u00e0ncia i adolesc\u00e8ncia que recull el Pacte Nacional. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Entre les diverses actuacions, la consellera va citar: el primer any de desplegament del Pla, on s&#8217;han proposat 414 actuacions per a cadascun dels 7 eixos estrat\u00e8gics en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;estructura el Pla, com per exemple la participaci\u00f3 social de la inf\u00e0ncia, la igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats, l&#8217;educaci\u00f3, la fam\u00edlia i la salut, i tot plegat amb un pressupost de gaireb\u00e9 670 milions d&#8217;euros; i, des de l&#8217;1 de juliol, la constituci\u00f3 de les Taules Territorials d&#8217;Inf\u00e0ncia a Barcelona, Tarragona, Girona, Catalunya Central, Alt Pirineu i Aran, Lleida i Terres de l&#8217;Ebre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span
