Una intenci\u00f3 que es veu com impossible, tenint en compte que la crisi econ\u00f2mica est\u00e0 allunyant a les dones dels c\u00e0rrecs directius, almenys a Espanya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">Les dones som el 50% de la poblaci\u00f3 mundial, amb xifres a l\u2019al\u00e7a, i controlem el 80% de les decisions de compra; un 60% de dones s\u00f3n llicenciades universit\u00e0ries, a Europa, per\u00f2 el 97% de les grans empreses europees tenen un home com a president. En les empreses espanyoles de l\u2019Ibex 35 hi ha un 10% de dones en els consells d\u2019administraci\u00f3, i en algunes no hi ha cap dona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\"><b>Xifres que marquen la difer\u00e8ncia<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">Segons l\u2019estudi que ha presentat aquest dimecres l\u2019Escola de Negocis EADA, conjuntament amb l\u2019empresa de RR.HH ICSA, la dona passa d\u2019ocupar gaireb\u00e9 el 20% dels c\u00e0rrecs directius el 2008, al 10,3% en el 2013 (veure gr\u00e0fic). L\u2019estudi s\u2019ha elaborat a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una mostra de m\u00e9s de 80.000 persones treballant per compte ali\u00e8 a Espanya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\"><b>Ernesto Poveda<\/b>, president d\u2019ICSA GRUPO i Director de l\u2019informe, insisteix en el gran error que suposa \u201cmenysprear el talent que representa m\u00e9s de la meitat de la poblaci\u00f3. \u00c9s cert que la crisi limita la capacitat de retribuci\u00f3 de les empreses per\u00f2, en cap cas, hauria de significar una m\u00e9s gran desigualtat entre sexes\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">L\u2019autor de l\u2019informe considera que \u201cun entorn com l\u2019actual, amb unes xifres alt\u00edssimes de desocupaci\u00f3, no \u00e9s el millor escenari per a aprofundir en pol\u00edtiques d\u2019igualtat. La crisi posa de relleu els models de gesti\u00f3 m\u00e9s conservadors on el valor de la pres\u00e8ncia i la disponibilitat hor\u00e0ria s\u00f3n elements essencials\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\"><b>Quota de pres\u00e8ncia femenina en la direcci\u00f3<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-28452\" style=\"margin: 9px; vertical-align: middle;\" alt=\"diferencias_salariales\" src=\"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/diferencias_salariales.jpg\" height=\"261\" width=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/diferencias_salariales.jpg 853w, https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/diferencias_salariales-300x157.jpg 300w, https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/diferencias_salariales-768x401.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">L\u2019informe d\u2019ICSA remarca que, mentre nom\u00e9s hi ha un 10% de dones directives, en el segment de comandaments intermitjos les dones arriben al 30% i en les plantilles d\u2019empleats arriben al 46%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">\u201cEn aquest escenari \u2013assenyala <b>Aline Masuda<\/b>, professora d\u2019EADA i col\u00b7laboradora de l\u2019informe- la dona t\u00e9 les de perdre ja que acostuma a sacrificar la seva carrera per a poder conciliar treball i fam\u00edlia\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">\u201cA m\u00e9s \u2013continua la professora- els estereotips socials encara s\u00f3n molt elevats a Espanya. Hi ha una discriminaci\u00f3 impl\u00edcita, continuem aplicant models masculins, sin\u00f3 masclistes: la competitivitat, l\u2019afirmaci\u00f3 categ\u00f2rica, l\u2019agressivitat o l\u2019autoritat\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\"><b>Adela Subirana<\/b>, consellera de l\u2019empresa constructora Sacyr i directiva de la Cambra de Comer\u00e7 de Barcelona, va encara m\u00e9s lluny: \u201cCap dona hauria de deixar el seu lloc de treball, sense tenir la seguretat de qu\u00e8 ser\u00e0 substitu\u00efda per una altra dona; perqu\u00e8 el normal \u00e9s que la succeeixi un home\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">Les dones directives tenen una m\u00e9s gran pres\u00e8ncia als departament de RR.HH., un 30%, seguides de les que ocupen Direccions Financeres, amb un 18%. A les Direccions Generals nom\u00e9s hi arriben un 8,3% de dones directives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\"><b>Difer\u00e8ncies salarials, comparativa europea<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">Pel que fa a les retribucions salarials als c\u00e0rrecs directius, la dona espanyola surt perdent clarament respecte de les dones franceses i italianes. A It\u00e0lia, un home c\u00e0rrec directiu cobra 111.250 euros per any, i una dona italiana, 105.845 euros de mitjana. Un directiu franc\u00e8s cobra de mitjana anual 95.615 euros, i la directiva francesa 83.767 euros. A Espanya, un directiu cobra de mitjana 81.551 euros per any, mentre que la seva col\u00b7lega dona en cobra 69.731.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">Aix\u00ed doncs en n\u00fameros absoluts, a les directives espanyoles se\u2019ls hi paga pitjor i la difer\u00e8ncia amb els seus companys homes \u00e9s m\u00e9s gran. Val a dir, tanmateix, que sempre hi ha un pitjor: a It\u00e0lia, malgrat obtenir remuneracions m\u00e9s altes, les dones nom\u00e9s representen el 7,2% dels c\u00e0rrecs directius de les empreses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">Partint de tots els informes elaborats per diferents entitats sobre ocupaci\u00f3 laboral i bretxa salarial entre homes i dones, en aquest 8 de mar\u00e7 de 2013 cal concloure que la crisi ha incidit de manera ferotge sobre la dona treballadora, que cobra de mitjana un 20% menys que els homes, que ha de carregar, sovint, amb el pes de les responsabilitats econ\u00f2miques dom\u00e8stiques, al tenir la majoria de la fam\u00edlia a l\u2019atur, que no pot accedir a un contracte fix, i que treballa normalment a jornada parcial o redu\u00efda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">La crisi que patim des del 2008 ha vingut a perjudicar encara m\u00e9s a les dones treballadores, per\u00f2 no s\u2019ha d\u2019oblidar que fins i tot abans de la crisi la bretxa salarial entre homes i dones ja era un fet incontestable, la discriminaci\u00f3 a les empreses, malgrat l\u2019equiparaci\u00f3 amb els homes en preparaci\u00f3, una realitat subtilment emmascarada, i que l\u2019acc\u00e9s als c\u00e0rrecs directius era i
