Mujeres rompiendo el techo de cristal<\/em>* , una an\u00e0lisis, molt ben documentada de la situaci\u00f3 de les dones en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 empresarial i de totes les dificultats en qu\u00e8 les dones es troben per poder  accedir als llocs de pressa de decissions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-28443\" style=\"margin: 5px auto; display: block;\" alt=\"Sara_Berbel_Snchez-1407\" src=\"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Sara_Berbel_Snchez-1407.jpg\" height=\"398\" width=\"299\" srcset=\"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Sara_Berbel_Snchez-1407.jpg 400w, https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Sara_Berbel_Snchez-1407-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 299px) 100vw, 299px\" \/><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">En el llibre t&#8217;endinses en el m\u00f3n de les directives i empres\u00e0ries i hi ofereixes diverses f\u00f2rmules que trenquen estereotips. El podem considerar un manual o guia?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">El llibre ofereix dues perspectives simult\u00e0nies. D&#8217;una banda, estimula la reflexi\u00f3 entorn les circumst\u00e0ncies que construeixen el sostre de vidre i anima a fer introspecci\u00f3 per tal que les professionals identifiquin els factors personals i socials que hi estan intervenint  a partir d&#8217;estudis i experi\u00e8ncies cl\u00e0ssiques i contempor\u00e0nies. D&#8217;altra banda, aporta criteris i f\u00f2rmules per contrarrestar els efectes negatius dels prejudicis, per modificar els tipus de lideratge treadicionals vers els mes transformacionals i democr\u00e0tics, per trobar estrat\u00e8gies que ajudin a emprendre i liderar amb efic\u00e0cia. Des d&#8217;aquesta vessant s\u00ed es pot dir que inclou orientacions a modus de Guia o Manual per a professionals que vulguin avan\u00e7ar en les seves carreres professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">La Pres\u00e8ncia de la dona sembla tenir m\u00e9s incid\u00e8ncia en les anomenades empreses familiars. \u00c9s una manera de fer-se un lloc i situar-se dins el context empresarial i de gesti\u00f3 directiva?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Les empreses familiars afavoreixen que les dones es dediquin a l&#8217;emprenedoria o col.laborin en el negoci familiar, per\u00f2 al mateix temps amb certa freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia invisibilitzen el treball que realitzen les dones, al assimilar-lo al treball dom\u00e8stic o familiar. Aix\u00f2 passa sovint, per posar un exemple, en les explotacions agr\u00e0ries on les dones fan la mateixa feina que els homes per\u00f2 nom\u00e9s consten ells com a titulars i, d&#8217;aqu\u00ed la reinvindicaci\u00f3 que elles estan fent per constar com a cotitulars. El que mostren tots els estudis sense cap dubte \u00e9s que per les dones \u00e9s primordial tenir exemples, models d&#8217;altres dones que emprenen per atrevir-se a fer-ho. La influ\u00e8ncia de tenir una mare emprenedora \u00e9s alt\u00edssima en el fet d&#8217;emprendre per part de les seves filles, molt m\u00e9s que en el cas dels fills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Per poder fer-se un lloc en el m\u00f3n empresarial hem de saber o tenir molt clar el que \u00e9s el poder?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Cal deixar de conceptualitzar el poder com quelcom que sempre \u00e9s negatiu i adonar-se que el poder \u00e9s equivalent a &#8220;capacitat de fer&#8221;. Lamentablement hi ha molts exemples d&#8217;un mal \u00fas del poder per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 en tenim de bons, i \u00e9s quan s&#8217;utilitza b\u00e9 que es pot transformar l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i, en \u00faltim extrem, la societat. Com assenyalava <strong>Foucault<\/strong>, no podem fugir del poder ja que impregna totes les relacions i organitzacions humanes, aix\u00ed que val m\u00e9s que en siguem conscients i l&#8217;utilitzem a fi de b\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Normalment quan una dona acced\u00e9ix a determinades cotes de poder ja sigui pol\u00edtic o econ\u00f2mic, se sol dir que  es degut- diguem-ne- a les seves habilitats dom\u00e8stiques: que sap administrar amb m\u00e9s rigor el dia   a dia, toca m\u00e9s de peus a terra, sap administrar millor els temps&#8230;.Aix\u00f2 ho hem de considerar un estereotip o b\u00e9 respon a la realitat?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Aix\u00f2 respon a l&#8217;estereotip de com considerem socialmente que s\u00f3n (o han de ser) les dones, i no com a realment s\u00f3n. Les dones som molt diverses i entre nosaltres n&#8217;hi ha amb tot tipus de caracter\u00edstiques diferents,tot i que \u00e9s cert que la socialitzaci\u00f3 i la cultura ens han &#8220;modelat&#8221; en el sentit que diu l&#8217;estereotip. Al llibre podreu llegir exemples en que es mostra com les dones, quan s\u00f3n directives, s\u00f3n penalitzades si es mostren d&#8217;acord al estereotip femen\u00ed perqu\u00e8 es pensa que no seran competents ni eficaces per ser massa &#8220;suaus&#8221; i femenines, per\u00f2 se les castiga tamb\u00e9 quan adopten l&#8217;estereotip mascul\u00ed de direcci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 llavors es pensa que poden ser eficaces per\u00f2 no agraden per ser &#8220;com homes&#8221;. Les feministes nordamericanes li diuen a aquest fen\u00f3men &#8220;the double bound&#8221; (el doble lligam) perqu\u00e8 sigui com sigui en surten penalitzades. Per tant cal defensar el lliure exercici de la gesti\u00f3 independentment dels  estereotips.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Si donem u  copd&#8217;ull alm\u00f3n empresarial, certament hem de dir que \u00e9s un m\u00f3n de mascles: CEOE, Foment del Treball o Cambres de Comer\u00e7&#8230;. Com es trenca aquest sostre de vidre?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">En la meva opini\u00f3, nom\u00e9s amb formules com les quotes, encara que siguin  temporals fins que existeixi un equilibre real entre dones i homes. Les mesures volunt\u00e0ries s&#8217;ha demostrat que no funcionen, ja que nom\u00e9s els pa\u00efsos que han aplicat mesures legislatives han avan\u00e7at en la paritat. D&#8217;altra banda, les quotes s\u00f3n beneficioses per les empreses ja que totes aquelles que incorporen dones en els seus Consells de Direcci\u00f3 guanyen en vendes i beneficis respecte les que no ho fan. Aix\u00f2 trenca absolutamente la creen\u00e7a de que les quotes col\u00b7loquen dones sense valor professional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Ara que la crisi econ\u00f2mica  fa tants estralls en el m\u00f3n laboral femen\u00ed, una bona sortida seria llan\u00e7ar-nos per aquest cam\u00ed?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Avan\u00e7ar en l&#8217;autoestima, l&#8217;empoderament i la confian\u00e7a en les pr\u00f2pies possibilitats i talent \u00e9s absolutamente necessari per a totes les dones, especialmente en temps de crisi. No obstant, aix\u00f2 no significa que totes les dones puguin ser emprenedores o empres\u00e0ries. Cal tenir una idea, mercantil o social, elaborar un pla d&#8217;empresa per constatar que el projecte \u00e9s factible i viable econ\u00f3micamente, i despr\u00e9s analitzar si el mercat o la societat pot estar interessat en ell. Es cert per\u00f2, que estan creant-se noves empreses, sobretot de tipus social, en les que s&#8217;incorporen moltes dones, per mirar de donar resposta a les moltes necessitats socials que la crisi ha aguditzat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">El dia 8 \u00e9s el Dia Internacional de la Dona Treballadora, diada que s&#8217;ha convertit en el m\u00e9s gen\u00e8ric Dia Internacional de les Dones. Hem de continuar reinvindicant Dia Internacional de la Dona Treballadora o millor el m\u00e9s global perqu\u00e8 els problemes s\u00f3n m\u00e9s universals?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">S\u00f3c una defensora del terme &#8220;Dia Internacional de les Dones&#8221; sobre tot perqu\u00e8 totes les dones s\u00f3n treballadores, tant si reben un sou a canvi per la seva feina com si realitzen treball dom\u00e8stic, familiar i de cura no remunerat. D&#8217;altra banda, com deia la Virgina Woolf al seu magn\u00edfic llibre &#8221; Una cambra pr\u00f2pia&#8221;, cal reinvindicar un sou propi (i una cambra pr\u00f2pia) per tal que totes les dones puguin ser realment lliures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">*Directivas y empresarias.
