{"id":56975,"date":"2012-04-25T13:40:14","date_gmt":"2012-04-25T11:40:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/benestar-social-i-familia-promou-llei-del-voluntariat-amb-la-implicacio-del-sector\/"},"modified":"2023-04-14T13:16:10","modified_gmt":"2023-04-14T11:16:10","slug":"benestar-social-i-familia-promou-llei-del-voluntariat-amb-la-implicacio-del-sector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/en\/benestar-social-i-familia-promou-llei-del-voluntariat-amb-la-implicacio-del-sector\/","title":{"rendered":"Benestar Social i Fam\u00edlia promou Llei del voluntariat amb la implicaci\u00f3 del sector"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Davant de la necessitat de regular l\u2019activitat volunt\u00e0ria que fan milers de catalanes i catalans, es constitu\u00ed, el passat 19 d\u2019abril, en la 6\u00aa reuni\u00f3 del <strong>Consell de l\u2019Associacionisme i el Voluntariat de Catalunya<\/strong>, un grup de treball que s\u2019encarregar\u00e0 de redactar un text base per al <strong>Projecte de Llei de voluntariat<\/strong> promogut pel <strong>Departament de Benestar Social i Fam\u00edlia de la Generalitat<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">El conseller de Benestar Social i Fam\u00edlia, <strong>Josep Llu\u00eds Cleries<\/strong>, que presidi la reuni\u00f3 va declarar que \u201cen moment de crisi es pot tendir a pensar que els voluntaris i les volunt\u00e0ries poden suplir els professionals i aix\u00f2 no ha de ser aix\u00ed. D\u2019aqu\u00ed que una regulaci\u00f3 del sector es fa m\u00e9s necess\u00e0ria que mai en temps de crisi, per garantir que uns i altres tindran el seu paper\u201d. El conseller va expressar el comprom\u00eds del Govern que \u201cla Llei s\u2019elaborar\u00e0 amb la participaci\u00f3 de totes les entitats i federacions del m\u00f3n associatiu i del voluntariat de Catalunya i oferir\u00e0 totes les garanties\u201d. \u201cEl voluntariat \u00e9s llibertat i comprom\u00eds, i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s un fet que des de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 no podem coartar; sin\u00f3 tot el contrari, l\u2019hem d\u2019enriquir\u201d, va afegir el conseller <strong>Cleries<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">La proposta des de la consellaria es que es tracti \u201cd\u2019una llei curta i molt concreta en la que s\u2019estableixi clarament el paper del voluntariat i l\u2019associacionisme, que s\u00f3n dos conceptes que no poden anar dissociats: el voluntariat \u00e9s dins de l\u2019associacionisme, es fa a trav\u00e9s de les entitats. Altres accions individuals corresponen a la bona voluntat de les persones, per\u00f2 no es poden considerar voluntariat\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Per acabar, <strong>Cleries<\/strong> va recordar que \u201ctots els pa\u00efsos tenen una llei del voluntariat per definir b\u00e9 els l\u00edmits entre voluntariat i m\u00f3n professional\u201d i va recordar que \u201ca Catalunya tenim la <strong>Carta del Voluntaria<\/strong>t, elaborada l\u2019any 1996, que avui resulta insuficient per aquest objectiu, per\u00f2 que ser\u00e0 un bon punt de partida i quedar\u00e0 recollida dins la pr\u00f2pia Llei\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Davant de la necessitat
