{"id":55219,"date":"2011-09-09T20:30:11","date_gmt":"2011-09-09T18:30:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/les-treballadores-de-la-llar-construeixen-un-sindicat\/"},"modified":"2011-09-09T20:30:11","modified_gmt":"2011-09-09T18:30:11","slug":"les-treballadores-de-la-llar-construeixen-un-sindicat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/en\/les-treballadores-de-la-llar-construeixen-un-sindicat\/","title":{"rendered":"Les treballadores de la llar construeixen un sindicat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Volen els mateixos drets que d&#8217;altres treballados i treballadores<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Un sindicat i que sigui independent, \u00e9s el que volen les treballadores de la llar que es van reunir, fa pocs dies, en una assemblea orientada , precisament, a construir aquest instrument representatiu que defensi els seus drets.\u00a0 No estan gaire satisfetes amb ser un dels sectors m\u00e9s vulnerables i amb menys drets socials en relaci\u00f3 a d&#8217;altres treballadors i treballadores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Al juny passat es va aprovar una nova norma que integra al R\u00e8gim General de la Seguritat Social a les persones que treballen a cases i oficines fent feines de neteja, cura de persones i altres; malgrat aix\u00f2, diuen, aquesta nova normativa es insuficient ja que mant\u00e9 aquest sector sense drets b\u00e0sics, com \u00e9s el dret a l&#8217;atur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">La feina que aquest sector realitza \u201cno el veiem corresp\u00f2s amb dignitat i patim la discriminaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 no ens consideren com treballadores i Treballadors<\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">: no tenim contracte ni horari laboral, ens neguen hores lliures, vacances, pagues extres, baixes per malaltia, entre altres\u201d, es va dir a l\u2019assemblea on van assistir mig centenar de dones, i uns quants homes, que serveixen a cases, principalment a Barcelona i l\u2019Hospitalet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Es que, afirmen, les lleis laborals \u201cconfirmen aquesta discriminaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 ens neguen l\u2019acc\u00e9s al R\u00e8gim General de la Seguretat Social, el dret al subsidi d&#8217;atur, i ens consideren un \u2018r\u00e8gim especial\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">A l&#8217; assemblea, realitzada al multi \u00e8tnic barri del Raval de Barcelona, hi van assistir forces dones i uns quants homes de diferents pa\u00efsos, principalment d\u2019Am\u00e8rica Llatina, de l\u2019\u00c0frica i d\u2019\u00c0sia. Van ser convocades per les diverses organitzacions que impulsen la iniciativa: <em>Papeles para todas y todos<\/em>, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em>Mujeres Pa\u2019lante <\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><em>Col\u00b7lectiu Maloka<\/em>, <em>Asociaci\u00f3n de O<\/em><\/span><em><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><em>rientaci\u00f3n a las Mujeres Inmigrantes en Catalunya<\/em> i <em>Di\u00e0spora Solid\u00e0ria<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-27044\" src=\"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/empleada-domestica-2.jpg\" alt=\"Moltes de les treballadores de la llar no gaudeixen de cap contracte laboral\" title=\"Moltes de les treballadores de la llar no gaudeixen de cap contracte laboral\" class=\"caption\" align=\"right\" width=\"240\" height=\"251\" \/><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">A Espanya cotitzen a la seguretat social unes 300 mil persones que treballen en el servei dom\u00e8stic, gran part d\u2019aquestes s\u00f3n dones i el 90 per cent s\u00f3n dones estrangeres; malgrat tot, n&#8217;existeixen moltes m\u00e9s que fan aquest treball sense contracte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s crear una organitzaci\u00f3 que defensi els seus drets, un sindicat al que pertanyin tamb\u00e9 els i les que no tenen cap contracte, les i els que treballen per hores o a temps complert, les i els que estan internes i tamb\u00e9 les i els que no tenen papers de resid\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, volen un sindicat independent \u201cen el qual nosaltres prenguem les nostres decisions, sense dependre d\u2019orientacions pol\u00edtiques o sindicals externes, tan sols guiades per la defensa del nostres drets\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">L\u2019assemblea va determinar conformar tres comissions: per gestionar el tema legal, per elaborar els estatuts i per captar m\u00e9s afiliades i afiliats. Els eixos centrals que haur\u00e0 de defensar el sindicat s\u00f3n: el dret al subsidi d&#8217;atur, contractes per escrit, eliminaci\u00f3 del pagament en esp\u00e8cies, establir una graella salarial amb revisi\u00f3 segons el IPC i amb pagues extres, el dret a les vacances, aix\u00ed com al tems lliure setmanals, i l\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 de l\u2019acomiadament arbitrari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Hi ha molts testimonis de dones que, per ser estrangeres i no tenir papers en regla, treballen sense contractes, sense horaris definits, sense dret a sortir de la casa, sense poder utilitzar ni tan sols el seu m\u00f2bil, sense tenir dret a utilitzar internet, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, s\u00f3n acomiadades si es que es posen malaltes, entre altres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">\u201cTenim cura de la mainada i d&#8217;avies i avis i fem feines de neteja a la llar, a escales i oficines. La nostra feina \u00e9s tan digna com qualsevulla altra. \u00c9s digna i necess\u00e0ria perqu\u00e8 amb ella contribu\u00efm al benestar de la vida quotidiana de les fam\u00edlies\u201d,
