L’acusaci\u00f3 particular (advocada Adelina Serna) de la Plataforma Salvem El Cabanyal<\/b>, en el seu al\u00b7legat final ha realitzat un crida contra la impunitat en les actuacions dels policies, nacionals i municipals, en fets com els que van succeir el 8 d’abril del 2010 en el carrer Francisco Eximenis. Els comandaments no basen les seues defenses en qu\u00e8 la policia no actue amb viol\u00e8ncia i desproporcionadament davant d’una concentraci\u00f3 de ciutadans\/es, si no en qu\u00e8 els denunciats no van actuar directament en la repressi\u00f3 ni en la c\u00e0rrega policial.<\/span><\/div>\n

El fiscal<\/b> ha reconegut al  final del ju\u00ed qu\u00e8 la policia va tindre una actuaci\u00f3 desproporcionada i va practicar una viol\u00e8ncia no necess\u00e0ria, ni justificada, encara que demana l’absoluci\u00f3 dels caporals policials perqu\u00e8 no van intervindre directament en l’actuaci\u00f3 policial que es jutjava.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
Davant d’este estat de coses la Plataforma Salvem El Cabanyal – Canyamelar vol posar de manifest:<\/b> <\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
1r. Que no estaven en la banqueta els executors materials de la c\u00e0rrega i de les lesions perqu\u00e8 no va ser possible identificar-los el dia dels fets ja que:<\/span><\/div>\n
a) No portaven el n\u00famero de la placa identificativa visible, no el duen mai\u00a1<\/span><\/div>\n
b) Es van negar a facilitar-nos el seu n\u00famero de placa identificativa quan se’l demanem, quan hi ha conflicte sempre es neguen\u00a1<\/span><\/div>\n
c) Ens van remetre als seus comandaments superiors quan els exigim que tenien obligaci\u00f3 d’identificar-se,<\/span><\/div>\n
d) Els caporals es van negar a donar-nos els n\u00fameros dels policies encara que s\u00ed que faciliten els seus. No tenim m\u00e9s remei qu\u00e8 utilitzar les identificacions dels caporals per a formular la denuncia.<\/span><\/div>\n
2n. Que el jutjat ens va negar la prova sol\u00b7licitada per l’acusaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 s’investigara a nivell intern els n\u00fameros dels agents que van participar en la c\u00e0rrega per a una possible identificaci\u00f3 dels mateixos pels agredits. AMB A\u00c7\u00d2 ENS QUEDEM.<\/span><\/div>\n
CONSEQ\u00dc\u00c8NCIA<\/b>:<\/span><\/div>\n
s’assenten en la banqueta els caporals que sempre estan separats, allunyats f\u00edsicament, d’on es produeixen els fets en el moment en qu\u00e8 passen. Aix\u00ed qu\u00e8 estos caporals no s\u00f3n responsables de les lesions causades. Estes s\u00f3n les argumentacions de les defenses i fiscal.<\/span><\/div>\n
CONCLUSI\u00d3<\/b>: la impunitat dels agents de l’orde est\u00e0 assegurada, no per la llei si no per la pr\u00e0ctica habitual que vulnera la llei.<\/span><\/div>\n
La Plataforma fa un crida:<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
a tots els que lluitem per una democr\u00e0cia per a la ciutadanis a qu\u00e8 incloguen en la seua agenda la problem\u00e0tica que hui hem viscut i que, desgraciadament, tantes vegades es repeteix en la nostra societat, fa un any i dos mesos al Cabanyal, fa uns dies a Val\u00e8ncia, fa uns pocs dies m\u00e9s a Barcelona, etc. <\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
