Text i fotografies<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><b>A Catalunya lliuren una carta al C\u00f2nsol d\u2019Argentina<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Organitzacions de drets humans i feministes aprofitaren la primera visita oficial de la presidenta del Brasil a l\u2019Argentina el darrer diumenge, per fer-li arribar una carta on li demanen la commutaci\u00f3 de pena a la pressa pol\u00edtica argentina <b>Karina Germano<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\">Simult\u00e0niament, a Catalunya se li entregava una carta al c\u00f2nsol argent\u00ed amb la mateixa petici\u00f3 signada per un diputat del Congr\u00e9s espanyol (d&#8217;ERC), tres diputats del Parlament de Catalunya (dos d&#8217;ICV i un de SI), representants de CGT i CNT, cantants com <b>Manu Chao<\/b>, escriptors com <b>Juli\u00e0 de Jodar<\/b> i representants d&#8217;entitats pro-drets humans com Justicia i pau, l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Catalana per la Defensa dels Drets Humans, l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Mem\u00f2ria Contra la Tortura i l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Argentina Contra la Impunitat, entre altres. Quan li mancaven 49 dies per accedir a aquest dret, l\u2019any 2006, uns motins violents a la pres\u00f3 Carandir\u00fa de Sao Paulo on es trobava feren que el expresident <b>N\u00e9stor Kirchner<\/b>, a petici\u00f3 de la mare de la pressa pol\u00edtica, autoritz\u00e9s el seu trasllat a presons argentines per garantir la seva integritat f\u00edsica. Un cop en terra argentina se li neg\u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e9s a les sortides transit\u00f2ries a les que tenia dret segons la legislaci\u00f3 brasilera amb la que se li havia condemnat. L\u2019argument de la Corte Suprema fou que la legislaci\u00f3 argentina requereix l\u2019acompliment de mitja pena per accedir-hi. \u00c9s clar que <b>Karina Germano<\/b> es troba a l\u2019espai nebul\u00f3s de relacions bilaterals entre dos pa\u00efsos on el que determina \u00e9s la voluntat pol\u00edtica per sobre les legislacions.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 10pt;\"><b>Karina Germano<\/b>, que visqu\u00e9 22 anys exiliada a l\u2019Estat espanyol, \u00e9s una activa militant contra la impunitat de la dictadura argentina i membre de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 HIJOS amb la que buscava les traces del seu pare desaparegut durant la dictadura argentina. El fiscal que li neg\u00e0 el que la llei habilitava fou <b>Oscar Hermelo<\/b>, a qui la Procuradoria de la Naci\u00f3 apart\u00e0 de la seva funci\u00f3 per estar vinculat a la causa ESMA (delictes de lesa humanitat perpetrats durant la dictadura a la \u201cEscuela Superior de Mec\u00e1nica de la Armada\u201d).
