Per a aquestes organitzacions \u201del debat no \u00e9s que els proxenetes no abusin de les dones, la q\u00fcesti\u00f3 nuclear \u00e9s que aquests siguin tractats i considerats simplement uns delinq\u00fcents, en la terminologia que va establir el Conveni Internacional per a la Repressi\u00f3 de la Trata de Persones i l\u2019Explotaci\u00f3 de la Prostituci\u00f3 Aliena de Nacions Unides del 12 de desembre de 1949\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">La Plataforma creu que els models que reflecteixen el coratge pol\u00edtic necessari per aconseguir la igualtat real s\u00f3n els de Su\u00e8cia, Finl\u00e0ndia i Noruega, que han posat en marxa pol\u00edtiques que\u00a0s&#8217;estableixen en tres pilars: el proxenetisme \u00e9s una activitat il\u00b7legal perseguida per la llei; la compra de serveis sexuals \u00e9s una activitat proscrita i sancionada per la llei, i les dones en situaci\u00f3 de prostituci\u00f3 disposen de mecanismes institucionals per deixar d\u2019\u00e9sser explotades sexualment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\"><b>Segons el diari <i>The Irish Time<\/i>, el govern podria incorporar aspectes de la legislaci\u00f3 sueca<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">Molt allunyat de la posici\u00f3 de la defensora del Poble de l\u2019Estat espanyol, sembla situar-se el govern irland\u00e8s. Actualment, a Irlanda est\u00e0 prohibit oferir o demanar sexe al carrer i a altres indrets p\u00fablics, per\u00f2 no est\u00e0 prohibit la seva compra-venda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-26372\" style=\"margin: 10px auto; display: block;\" alt=\"irish\" src=\"https:\/\/laindependent.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/irish.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"307\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">Despr\u00e9s d\u2019una visita i un estudi sobre el sistema de Su\u00e8cia s\u2019estan plantejant la possibilitat de reduir la prostituci\u00f3 posant el punt de mira en la demanda. L\u2019ONG de drets humans, <i>The Immigrant Council of Ireland<\/i>, s\u2019ha manifestat a favor d\u2019aquesta iniciativa i est\u00e0 fent campanya perqu\u00e8 Irlanda, igual que han fet Noruega i Isl\u00e0ndia, incorpori una legislaci\u00f3 semblant a la sueca, com una manera de contrarestar l\u2019explotaci\u00f3, almenys la que pateixen les dones immigrants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;\">Segons una investigaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta organizaci\u00f3, el 90% de les dones que exerceixen la prostituci\u00f3 a Irlanda s\u00f3n immigrants, com tamb\u00e9 ho \u00e9s una proporci\u00f3 considerable de les dones i els menors (nens i nenes) de la ind\u00fastria de sexe d\u2019Irlanda s\u00f3n
